All company has done with the increment process.
The company gives the band like A, B, C, D, etc. You guys think what I wrote IT people work in IT company not a school but guys its truth our experience, preformation, work get the grade. According to Grade, we get our Appraiser.

Today condition of India or you say IT companies they give you that much hike as you want?

    I am Working at Wipro in Night Shift. I am a Developer. But Really sucks our Life. We smoke per day and take alcohol to started all days. I got 2019 APPRAISER is Only Rs 500/- And when i am Working for Last 3 Years for this Company. I am unhappy really. I want to Leave this company and Start my Own Startup.     I am working at last 8 year from IT company. Abhi Maine payment badhane ki baat ki to bolta hai ki hum aapko Nikal rahe hai. Wah bhai jis company ke liye Maine din raat diye usne itna v nahi socha. Mere bache ke schools fees, flat ka EMI, car ka EMI kon dega ab boss bolta hai ki salary Kam kare duga pahle 50k milta tha ab bol Raha 35k me karoge to karo nahi to jao Maine syad apna khud ka kuch karta to aaj ye din dekhna na padta AAP Sab se request hai aap bhi apna apna kuch kare ye IT walo ka Bharosa nahi.

      Worked for MNC company last 8 year we get only 43k month. And work load is 12 hours per day. My family is not happy with me.bacause I am not able to good time for family now a day our wife is going Cort for divorce. Please pray for me. Mera hubshand hai MNC me kaam karta hai hum Delhi me rahte hai milta unko 40k hai Delhi me 40k kuch nahi hai important wo nahi hum 40k me manage kar lege. But wo bilkul time nahi dete hai to arrange marriage hi but time dete to aacha hota mon se sat daily 14 hours job rahta kyuki senior hai to no excuse. Maine unko Kini Baar bola khud ka karo but wo risk nahi le pa rahe hai yehi wo unmarried me liye hote risk to aaj unke pass apna khud ka kuch hota and employs kaam karte and unke pass Hume dene ka time hota Maine aur mere bache k saath rahti hu. Aaj ke date me gaon ho or town dono Jagga important hai paisa aur use zyda family time. Maine divorce ke liye paper Dale hai hope so clear ho jaye nahi chahiye itna paisa.jo ki koi kaam ki nahi.

      I Agreed with Rupesh and Disha, Baat me Dam hai aapke. IT gaya ab Kuch naya karna hoga ek to IT me itna sikhna padta hai. Chalo sikh lege yaar but payment wahi rahta hai. Maine Hadoop padhai kiya ab dekhi Cloud computing v aa gaya. company bol rahe ye bhi sikho. Usse aacha maine Kick mar du kya 25K milta ab Time aa gaya kuch khud ka karne ka.

      I am entrepreneur. I also worked with big brands now a days. We are not happy with corporate culture because company is paying very less amount. We started one company presents globally. And we are happy because company me 46.56% ka hike nahi milta jo mujhe business se milega now and we are working for last 4 years experience. Now a days we are get salary of 7.5 lac per annum. We have sufficient time for our family and must freedom. Take care all guys and do something new. And Apne Dil ki suno bus.

      Right Ankita, Job Sucks Our Families life. Itna time nahi mil pata ki hum kisi ke upar dhyaan de. Me and my husband both are working but i am not happy because maine apne ghar walo ko time hi de paati hu. aisa job nahi chaiye. Life partner aisa ho jiske pass paisa ho but wo free bhi ho tabhi jindgi hai. nahi to paisa to koi bhi kama sakata but time rahta nahhi hai kis ke pass jo aapka dhyaan rakhe.
