How the company discriminated the salary Between Engineering And BscIT

If you are an engineering pass out you got good placement salary 5 lakh per/annum.

if you are BSCIT pass out you got placement salary  2 lakh per/annum.

If you are doing engineering it is 4 year of course if you are doing BscIT it is a 3-year course.

Engineering And BscIT Differences only 1 year both an engineering student and BscIT student have same knowledge but placement having a big difference.As per my suggestion do Engineering waste 1 year extra you get better placement and big MNC more trust on Engineering student and you get more opportunities.BscIt student company treated like labour. Mostly BscIT student get Testing Profile if student having smart it will make a path.

In Company Engineering and BscIT Associate, both are work on the same profile give 100% both but both Associates have different salary engineering Associates got 25 thousand per month and BscIT  Associates got 12 thousand per month.Same company same designation but salary different.The difference only about  Degree. 

India have fundamental rights (Right To Equality)but there is no equality
